How can I sign up to a Monthly Package?

To singup to a monthly package you can simply visit our Personal Training Page and select one of the 4 packages – click the ‘Sign Up’ button. You will then get redirected to the checkout page which will provide you the details of the subscription, double check the details are correct then Procceed to Checkout. 

From here you can fill out the nessecary details to create your account and then procced to the payment. 

Once the payment is complete we’ll contact you as soon as possible to get everything established.

how is the monthly payment taken?

MTW’s online system and Stripe integration makes it easier for subscription renewals, having full control over your subscription at any time. 

When you sign up to a subscription you agree to allow stripe and MTW to setup a monthly transaction until cancelled (which can be done via your account area).

stripe – the authorised merchant will request payments from your bank/funding source each billing period.  

How Do i cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription all you need to do is navigate to your Account Area, login and then click on the tab ‘Subscriptions’. Within this page you will see all of your active and previous subscriptions, once you click into an order you will have the option to cancel at any time. 

Please provide at least 2 weeks notice prior to cancellations.
