What is Boxercise
Boxercise is an exercise class based on the training concepts boxers use to keep fit. It combines boxing and exercise with great fun, and is a stress busting activity to suit everyone who wants to enjoy boxing training without getting hit. A typical class will involve shadowboxing, skipping, hitting pads, kicking punchbags, press-ups, shuttleruns and situps. It is a combination of both aerobic and anaerobic energy systems with the systematic recruitment of both fast and slow twitch muscle fibres in a manner that not only ensures a diverse workout, but also enhances sports specific senses, including hand eye co-ordination, balance and timing.
Who can do Boxercise
Our Boxercise classes are aimed at men and women of all ages and fitness standards. As no class involves the physical hitting of an opponent, it is a fun, challenging and safe workout.

Will I need any equipment
To take part in a Boxercise class all you will need is comfortable workout clothes, training shoes and a bottle of water. You can also purchase Boxercise Gloves from the MTW Training website via private message.
How much does Boxercise cost
Boxercise class costs vary depending on how many people are in a group and how long the session are. With large groups costing as little as £3 per session

MTW Training is currently holding Boxercise Classes at Any Time Fitness (South Yardley) B25 8UJ & taking in bookings for private group boxercise classes.
I am also holding private classes at D’s Muscle & Fitness, Unit 71, Kings Road, B11 2AL
